SOLD OUT! - Meal for 3-31: Teriyaki Tuesday

Jane always told me that I make great teriyaki sauce. So much so, it was a fall back plan in case anything happened in my career. Ironically, here we are amidst this COVID-19 outbreak.
My grandmother taught me to make Teriyaki sauce. And as some people know, I was for the most part raised by her. It's something I've made for years, tweaking the recipe here and there but I always took for granted thinking it was nothing special. Until Jane beat into my thick skull that it is, and close friends would beg me to make some for them.
I hardly make the stuff anymore, since it's quicker to buy teriyaki sauce and I never have time. But now I seem to have a lot of that... time.
The meal for Tuesday, 3-31-2020 will be Chicken Teriyaki
